Sheffield Summer Festival Rundown

This summer, Sheffield hosts a large line-up of music festivals, ready to rock your world! It’s the perfect time to take advantage of the great weather and see talented artists, both established and new, perform. With the more up and coming music festivals in Sheffield showcasing alternative music and diverse lineups, there is something for everyone. From the big festivals playing at Hillsborough Park to smaller venues at Kelham Island, this is your guide to Sheffield’s 2026 summer music festivals.

Tramlines Festival is by far the biggest summer festival hosted by Sheffield every year, attracting over 40,000 music lovers to its 3 day run. Tramlines 2026 will run from 24-26th July and this year’s lineup boasts many famous and rising artists. Major names take to Hillsborough Park with Fatboy Slim, Courtneeners and Wolf Alice headlining the weekend, amongst performances from other acts like Blossoms, Wet Leg and Kaiser Chiefs. The weekend is sure to be an unforgettable experience. The popularity of Tramlines increases every year, with tickets already sold out for both Friday and Saturday.

But don’t worry if you haven’t got tickets because there are many more cool music festivals to choose from.

Get Together is returning for their 6th year at Kelham Island and Neepsend on Saturday 16 May 2026. The lineup includes Fat Dog, The Horrors, Deadletter, Lime Garden, Jessica Winter, and many more to check out! For music lovers looking for more affordable tickets and great music, this is for sure one to check out!

Float Along is coming back stronger than ever, on Saturday 26 September 2026. Headlining The Octagon is White Lies, with Sprints, Opus Kink, Man/Woman/Chainsaw and many more set to take the stage. For its 5th time running, Float Along promises a lineup of both known and breakthrough artists, and is sure to be a good time.

Sheffield Fake Festival is back! Wish you could enjoy the past hits of your favourite bands? The Sheffield Fake Festival offers you covers by the talented fake bands for Queen (Flash), Arctic Monkeys (Antarctic Monkeys), Fleetwood Mac (Fleeting Rumours), Green Day (Ultimate Green Day) and many more. Based in Endcliffe Park for one day only, don’t miss out on its run on Saturday 16 May 2026.

Bass Fest 2026 celebrates 10 years at Sheffield, returning to Don Valley Bowl for 18-19 July 2026. Bass Fest features drum and bass, house and bassline music. Boasting over 100 artists, including but not limited to A Little Sound, Alisha, Culture Shock and Hybrid Minds.
