After a welcome international break, Sheffield United host David Moyes’ West Ham United at Bramall Lane. They will be hoping that their fortunes will improve after a wretched start to the new campaign left them at the bottom of the league table.
Despite the fact that they sit in twelfth place, the Hammers’ trajectory has been somewhere on the up in recent weeks with positive displays against rather difficult opposition.

Sheffield United have a few injury concerns. Manager Chris Wilder will be unable to call upon the services of Scotland international John Fleck, centre-back Jack O’Connell and French attacker Lys Mousset, who are all out injured.
There are doubts over the availability of young striker Rhian Brewster, left-back Enda Stevens and centre-back John Egan as well.
Meanwhile, West Ham United will be without Ukrainian winger Andriy Yarmolenko. Angelo Ogbonna, Mark Noble and Michail Antonio are also doubtful.

Chris Wilder’s men have failed to keep a clean sheet in their last 11 Premier League games, conceding 20 goals over those fixtures, as many were shipped over 21 previous matches.
West Ham, on the other hand, have showed great character of late and have been putting in solid displays all over the pitch. Taking five points out of a possible nine in successive games against Leicester, Tottenham and Manchester City is no small feat.
David Moyes will have his eyes set on another victory after their narrow 1-0 win against Fulham following a commendable display in a 2-1 loss at Anfield.
